Why study Sport, Activity and Fitness?
Within this course you will learn about how the body adapts, develops, improves and reacts to physical activity and sport through learning about the physical, psychological and social aspects of sport and exercise.
Delve into how best to train, what to eat before, during and after exercise and how to improve both physical and mental health through sport and activity.
This course will also equip you with skills to further enhance and develop through a range of both theoretical and practical lessons to engage, enthuse and enhance your knowledge, understanding and curiosity to how sport and activity can impact every person.
